The Saskatchewan Institute of Applied Science and Technology (SIAST) is Saskatchewan’s primary public institution for post-secondary technical education and skills training, recognized nationally and internationally for its expertise and innovation. More than 12,000 students are registered in SIAST programs province-wide, with over 3,000 at the Wascana Campus; additionally, the organization draws almost 29,000 individual course registrations.

     SIAST provides programs in agriculture, business, community services, health, industrial training, nursing, science, technology and basic skills development. In addition to Regina’s Wascana Campus, SIAST operates campuses in Moose Jaw, Prince Albert and Saskatoon and provides a number of courses and programs through distance education. An emphasis on reallife learning contributes to a graduate employment rate consistently in excess of 90 percent.
